[WCAG2ICT] Preparation and Agenda for the 25 July meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 25 July at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation
I was unable to complete creating a new survey in time for this week?s meeting (I am working on it, though). Therefore, this week?s meeting will be a working session to go through the open issues. A number of them have proposals in the Google doc or in a PR (which I?ve copied into the google doc). In our meeting we?ll work on the issues that do not have fleshed out proposals so we can make progress.
