[WCAG2ICT] Preparation for the 18 July meeting

Hi all,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on 18 July to work on resolving open issues.

Task force participants are expected to help make progress on issue resolution, as these issues must be resolved prior to final publication. You can help by doing the following:

  1. Look at the list of unassigned open issues<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+no%3Aassignee> and choose at least one issue to work on.
  2. Assign yourself to the issue by opening the issue and under "Assignees" choose the link to "Assign yourself".
  3. Create proposals for changes to WCAG2ICT (if needed) either in the Issues Google doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o6ruxbOKxAU6aWWz9Ac7P8DMi7lrIwXCy5DgvRzQZA4/edit> or in a PR.
  4. Create a draft answer for the issue in the Issues Google doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o6ruxbOKxAU6aWWz9Ac7P8DMi7lrIwXCy5DgvRzQZA4/edit>.
  5. Once proposals are ready for the group to review, add the label "Ready for TF Review" to the issue by opening the issue, clicking on "Labels" and then type "Ready" in the entry field until you see the appropriate tag and then select it. This will prompt me to create a survey for the TF to review and discuss in a meeting.
NOTE: Once you select the tag, click somewhere else in the issue or tab to the next element before going back to the issue list to ensure the label is applied.

Best regards,
