[WCAG2ICT] Question posed in comment on Issue 216

Hi Bruce,

As I was drafting an answer to issue #216 and posting in our TF resolutions, I noticed your comment<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/216#issuecomment-1957755311> regarding the possible need for a caveat on the definition of “style properties.  Can you expand on this? If there is something that needs to be addressed, please open an issue specifically on that definition as I’d like to avoid tying up closing issue 216 because of another topic we need to address.
