Problematic for Closed: 1.4.5 and 2.4.7 (Mitchell's)

Hi Mary Jo,

I'm following up about my two items in problematic for closed<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Work-left-for-second-public-draft#sc-problematic-for-closed-functionality-1-done-8-scs-left>.

1.4.5 Images of Text: I've added my responses to issue 276 and the Google Doc. This is ready for Task Force discussion. The proposals might be too different from each other to bring straight to the full Task Force; I recommend folks contribute to the Google Doc for 1.4.5<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fpa7fX2Hdov3lduiJtSzb0EGSflSlxivtKmKGMsMobs/edit#heading=h.qaseh5iistu0> and bring it to a Friday working session. The crux of the differences are the same as for 1.3.1 and 4.1.2.

2.4.7 Focus Visible: I'd like to start a Google Doc for 2.4.7 but I don't know how to share it with the Task Force. Should I create a doc in my own personal Google Drive space, then make you an editor so you can do the sharing?

Thanks,
Mitchell
