[WCAG2ICT] Prep and Agenda for the 15 August meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 15 August at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation
Be ready for discussion of survey results: (Group 1) Review changes due to comments on second public draft<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-public-comments-july/results> We reached resolutions for questions 3 and 5 last week, and will work on the rest this week.

Meeting Goals
Reach consensus on remaining survey questions (1, 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8).
