[WCAG2ICT] Prep and Agenda for the 8 August meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 8 August at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

?          Complete the survey - (Group 1) Review changes due to comments on second public draft<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-public-comments-july>

?          Prep for discussion on editorial changes proposed in PR 451<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/451> and PR 457<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/457>

Meeting Goals
Come to an understanding of how the mobile TF plans to handle the ?sets of software? SCs. If there is a quorum, go over survey results and agree on changes and issue answers covered in the survey. If no quorum, give Daniel feedback on editorial handling of WCAG2ICT Notes (numbering, and marking ones that change/replace WCAG notes) and 4.1.1 Parsing.
