[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 18 April meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 18 April at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Prepare for discussion on "conforming alternate version" (See also GitHub discussion on "conforming alternate version"<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Work-for-the-week>, especially the most recent 3-4 posts on the topic.
  *   As we prepare for publication, we need to think about communication channels for the wide review. Please add any suggestions to the Wide review communication<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Wide-review-communication> WIKI page I created.
  *   Complete the survey on proposed changes to address Issue 196<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-survey-comment-answers>

Meeting Goals
Make a decision on “conforming alternate version”. Approve document changes for Issue 196. Have a common understanding about the work that is left and how everyone can contribute to the preparation for publishing the draft.
