[WCAG2ICT] Preparation and Agenda for 7 September meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 7 September at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Read the clause to add to the draft response<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/215#issuecomment-1701571678> to Craig Keefner, based on our discussion last week, and respond to CfC to send the response to him.
  *   Be familiar with suggested changes per the closed functionality survey results, starting with SC 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/wcag2ict-sc-problematic-for-closed/results#xq14>.

Meeting Goals
Approve response to public comment and make progress on Closed Functionality bullets.
