[WCAG2ICT] Preparation and agenda for the 2 November meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 2 November at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour). Remember this is the time zone difference week where EU has ended daylight savings, but the U.S. hasn’t. The meeting is at 10 AM US Eastern time.

Approve the content for 2.5.7 Dragging Movements, 4.1.1 Parsing, and the update to the Closed Functionality section. Have a direction for responding to the public comment on 1.4.4 Resize Text.
