[WCAG2ICT] End of daylight savings time

Hi all,

Please take note in your calendar that the WCAG2ICT meeting (which is held at 10 AM U.S. Eastern time) will be a further hour different for our meeting on 2 November. Some locales end daylight savings on Sunday 29 October.  The U.S. doesn’t end daylight savings until the following Sunday, 5 November.

Please use the time zone converter<https://savvytime.com/converter/est-to-united-kingdom-london-cet/nov-2-2023/10am> and ensure you’ve blocked the correct time on your calendar. We wouldn’t want to be without our valuable counterparts in the meeting!
