[WCAG2ICT] Please complete the surveys and work for tomorrow's meeting

Hi all,

I just checked the survey results on the Closed Functionality survey and there’s only one response. The survey has been open for over a week, and I plan to discuss the results at tomorrow’s meeting. Please be sure to complete the survey by midnight Eastern today.

Prep for tomorrow includes:

  *   Survey on Closed functionality: SCs 2.1.1, 2.4.2, and 2.4.5<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-closed-round2/>
  *   Review proposed updates to the heading titles in Issue 238<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/238> and weigh in on your preference(s).
  *   Review proposed response to Issue 228 on 2.1 Accessibility Services of Platform Software<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/228#issuecomment-1757456384>

I will send out the prep for the 19 October meeting tomorrow.
