[WCAG2ICT] Preparation (see new item) and Agenda for the 5 October meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 5 October at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Due 4 Oct.: Survey on 3.3.7 Redundant Entry<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-redundant-entry/>
  *   Due by 5 Oct. meeting: Review Issue #232 2.2.2 Pause, Stop Hide<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/232>,  the draft response in Mary Jo's comment and the conversation afterwards.
  *   NEW ITEM: Due by 5 Oct. meeting: Review Issue #231 1.4.12 Text Spacing<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/231>, the draft response from Phil and the conversation afterwards.

Meeting Goals
Approve draft responses to FPWD issues and the inclusion of 1.4.12 Text Spacing draft content.
