[WCAG2ICT] Preparation for the 16 November meeting

Hi all,

I have two surveys for this week, both due by EOB 15 November:

  *   Review SC Parsing interpretation for WCAG 2.0 and 2.1<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICTparsing-update/>
  *   Review proposal for 3.3.8 Accessible Authentication<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICTauthentication/>

With the holidays coming, we need one of these to be approved this week to so that the AG WG can have a content survey completed before the end of the year. Otherwise, their review will slide into the new year.
