[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 25 May meeting

We have decided to take the CSS pixel conversation to see how it might work with 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum)<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#target-size-minimum>. We’d like to see if we can more easily craft guidance for this SC using the latest WCAG 2.2 Candidate Recommendation version of the requirement. Phil had already started working on this SC with its previous language, so it will need a few updates for our discussion on 1 June.

I have also made some updates to proposed notes<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/162#issuecomment-1563366235> for the definition of CSS pixel taking into account some comments in the issue and the discussion today.
