[WCAG2ICT] Preparation work and Agenda for the 4 May meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 4 May at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Goals
Approve or make significant progress on 2.4.10 Reflow. Accept changes to 2.5.2 Pointer Cancellation to make it more consistent with the recently approve content for 2.5.1 Pointer Gestures.

  *   Continue the 20 April discussion on 1.4.10 Reflow
  *   Approve adjustments to 2.5.2 Pointer Cancellation language to be consistent with 2.5.1 Pointer Gestures
