[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 23 March meeting

Hi all,

Minutes summary:

  *   Announcements: All of the content from the first AG WG review was agreed upon in Tuesday’s meeting, with the changes proposed in the pull requests<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pulls?q=is%3Apr+Changes+due+to+AG> Mary Jo created. Discussion went smoothly due to prep work done. The issues for the AG WG reviewed SC are getting closed and content integrated.
  *   Project standup: Reassigned issue 31 for 2.5.1 Pointer Gestures to Sam. Mary Jo working on a proposal for 1.4.10 Reflow. The rest of the WCAG 2.1 SC are in Ready for TF review, in survey or soon to be surveyed.
  *   SC 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast survey: Active discussion on the closed functionality bullets. We did not reach a consensus on this discussion and have 3-4 different proposals that will go out for a new survey this week for discussion on 30 March. Please be sure to weigh in on this important topic once the survey is opened. We’ll continue this discussion next week.
