[WCAG2ICT] Daylight savings time reminder for 16 and 23 March meetings

Hi all,

FYI, in the U.S. and Canada, daylight savings starts on 12 March. Since our WCAG2ICT meetings are set to 10 AM U.S. Eastern time, there will be a change in meeting time for two weeks of meetings (16 and 23 March) until daylight savings is observed elsewhere. Please adjust your calendars accordingly.
