[WCAG2ICT] Sub-group on closed functionality - Wednesday we'll review proposed notes

I worked on updates or additional notes in the Closed Functionality spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/109GqdIBvvL1WRBryJOis7kS6pRGyeIYKpl63QuTIPnI/edit#gid=599798612> per our conversations in the sub-group meetings (See the column labeled “Comments and suggested updates for Closed Functionality guidance/text”.  We’ll review these draft changes in the sub-group meeting and once we agree, we’ll bring them to the full Task Force for review.
