[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 27 July meeting

Hi all,

We completed our Task Force CfC to support publication of the FPWD and began working through the results of the survey of draft content for the Success Criteria Problematic for Closed Functionality section. This will likely be an ongoing topic for discussion and draft refinement over the next few weeks.
