[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 6 July meeting

Hi all,

We made good progress yesterday, approving all of the notes we discussed for 1.4.10 Reflow – with just two to go! Two are left because there was some confusion at the end of the meeting about the poll. We will pick up next meeting at that point to be sure everyone’s on the same page before truly calling that one done.
