[WCAG2ICT] 23 February Meeting minutes

Meeting Summary:

  *   Announcements:
     *   Please try to get surveys done by end of business the day before our meetings to help the facilitator prepare for discussions
     *   We agreed to have the AG WG review the new SC sections the TF has completed thus far – to start review on 2 March
     *   We have 2 open surveys for next week’s meeting (possibly a third for updates to the )
  *   Standup - Heard status on assigned issues.
  *   Reviewed survey results for 2.5.3 and approved to incorporate into editor’s draft with changes discussed in meeting.
  *   Started discussion on 1.4.10 Reflow
     *   GitHub discussion is active, please monitor and weigh in
     *   CSS pixels discussion began, but will need to be continued
