[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 16 Feb. meeting

Summary:

  *   A GitHub discussion topic thread on 1.4.11<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/discussions/101> was started to gather thoughts on caveats for non-web documents and software. Please weigh in with your thoughts, examples, and/or additional questions to help us examine what notes might be needed.
  *   1.4.11 Non-text Contrast needs a little more work, potentially 2 additional notes. Mary Jo and Sam will work on them.
  *   Abstract (with one edit) and comparison section have been approved to be incorporated into the editor’s draft.
  *   Introductory sections approved (with changes decided upon in the meeting) to be incorporated into the editor’s draft.
