[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 9 Feb. meeting

Hi all,

Thanks for a productive discussion today. To summarize:

  *   3 open surveys to review for the 16 Feb. meeting (not stated in the meeting, but the SC 1.4.11 survey has been extended a week to get more responses.)
  *   Resolution: Approved SC 2.5.4 to be incorporated into the editor’s draft
  *   Discussed various suggestions for edits of SC 1.4.12, and Fernanda will work on updates based on the discussion. We’ll survey again when it’s ready.
