[WCAG2ICT] New surveys due Wed. 6 Dec. by midnight Eastern

Hi all,

So far I have 2 surveys on content reviews for us to discuss at the 7 December meeting.  There are more to come in the next few days. Wanted to get this out there so you all have a chance to get started.
