[WCAG2ICT] Survey, Prep and Agenda for the 31 August meeting

Hi all,

Getting this out early so you have time to review a new comment response and complete the two question survey before this Thursday’s meeting.

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday31 August at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Read the two follow-up email comments from the FPWD review and the proposed response which was added in a comment<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/215#issuecomment-1693938952> to the existing issue. Suggest edits or make comments by 30 Aug at midnight Eastern.
  *   Due 30 August: Complete the 2 question Closed functionality survey - updated proposals<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-closed-number-2> that has newer proposed language for 1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence and 1.4.12 Text Spacing.

Meeting Goals
Approve response to public comment, and approve at least 2 Closed functionality bullets.
