[WCAG2ICT] Prep and Agenda for the 24 August meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 24 August at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Read the proposed process for addressing public comments<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Process-for-addressing-public-comments> and if you have suggested improvements or need clarification, we'll discuss in the meeting.
  *   Be familiar with suggested changes per the closed functionality survey results<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/wcag2ict-sc-problematic-for-closed/results>, starting with SC 1.4.12 Text Spacing, to help us move more quickly through the discussion and options for changes.

Meeting Goals
Make progress on closed functionality bullets and approve response to public comment.
