[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 10 August meeting

Hi all,

Yesterday we reached consensus on the language updates for four success criteria in the SC Problematic for Closed Functionality section. Additionally, things are looking good for the publication of our FPWD. The transition request went out today, so I anticipate the publication of our FPWD will go out as planned on 15 August.
