[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 3 August meeting

Hi all,

The TF made great progress in today’s meeting. We reached consensus on a definition for a new key term ‘closed functionality’ as well as updated text for several of the WCAG success criteria that will go into the section SC problematic for closed functionality. Work on this section will continue for at least a couple more weeks.

Hopefully our WCAG2ICT draft note will have consensus to publish its FPWD on or near 15 August.
