[WCAG2ICT] REMINDER: Adjust your calendars, if needed, for end of daylight savings in some countries

Hi all,

I neglected to mention this in the meeting today as a reminder. For the October 27 meeting, some countries will have already ended their daylight savings time. The U.S. doesn't change until Sunday, November 6 and the meeting is based on U.S. Eastern time. Please verify how this affects the time you need to join and adjust your calendar accordingly.
