[WCAG2ICT] Agenda for 6 October meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on 6 October at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Preparation
Please complete the meeting preparation<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/wiki/Work-for-the-week#preparation-for-6-october-meeting> prior to the meeting to speed up discussions.

Meeting Goals
Reach consensus on all sections of the WCAG2ICT work statement during the meeting, including any additional changes needed for the Scope of Work section.

NOTE: Any changes agreed upon during this meeting will be added to PR 2682 and incorporated into the document.
