[WCAG2ICT] Meeting minutes for 17 Nov. and a reminder there's no meeting on 24 Nov.

Hi all,

Thanks for the good discussions today on the proposed content. As a reminder, there is no meeting this coming week (24 Nov.) and we will resume meeting on 1 December. For those of you in the US, have a Happy Thanksgiving!

     *   Please update your availability for upcoming meetings in the availability survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-weeks-available/> before the 1 December meeting. Questions now cover through the end of January 2023.
  2.  Status of Markdown version of document<https://www.w3.org/2022/11/17-wcag2ict-minutes.html#t02>
     *   Michael showed progress made and Mary Jo will check the document produced to make sure major items are all present.
     *   Once verified, Michael will merge into main.
     *   There’s a few minor issues to fix which can be handled after the merge.
  3.  Survey: Draft of SC 1.4.12 Text Spacing<https://www.w3.org/2022/11/17-wcag2ict-minutes.html#t03>
     *   Good discussions on the  direction of the proposed draft as well as discussion on potential notes.
     *   Chuck will check with AG WG chairs to determine boundaries for verbiage substitutions in the normative SC text
     *   Group wants to review /work on this SC in two passes to help in analysis: one for non-web documents, one for non-web software
  4.  Survey: Draft of SC 1.3.4 Orientation<https://www.w3.org/2022/11/17-wcag2ict-minutes.html#t04>
     *   Some discussion on edits to the proposed note for this SC, and reached general consensus
     *   Agreement to add this proposal with updated note to the editor’s draft.
