[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 3 November meeting

Summary:

  *   Announcements
     *   Moving the document to markdown is a to-do for Michael and Daniel to explore mechanics
     *   Brief discussion about the Discussions poll (from the meeting preparation work).
  *   Walkthrough of the success criterion content template with 3 methods to use, depending on your preferences
  *   Walkthrough of using the Issue version of the template to propose content for new WCAG success criteria.

Note: I will be making a brief video to provide a reference of using the template before next meeting.
