Hi gang, At today's WCAG WG meeting, we discussed two surveys that Gregg generated with our material: * Almost Final Set of items from WCAG2ICT -2013-05-24 <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/AlmostFinal/results> * Ante-penultimate? survey from WCAG2ICT <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/Antepenultimate/results> Everything from the second survey was approved as proposed, with no edits. Everything from the first survey, with the exception of the glossary term "process", was approved as proposed. There was some concern & confusion about our text for "process", and Gregg's suggestion in the survey response to process <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/AlmostFinal/results#xProcess> was approved as he proposed it. This means that this Friday we should review & accept (or propose a counter proposal) to the note that WCAG WC approved for Process, which was: This term is only used in success criterion 2.4.5 Multiple Ways. The definitions of "set of documents" and "set of software" in WCAG2ICT require every item in the set to be independently reachable, and so nothing in such a set can be a "step in a process" that can't be reached any other way. The purpose of the the term's use in 2.4.5 Multiple Ways (that items in a process are exempt from meeting that success criterion) is achieved by the definitions of "set of documents" and "set of software". I am updating our wiki status pages to note all of this, including the WCAG WG approved text.
