Meeting Minutes, January 29th, 2013

Sorry this took so long to send out.  Between the difficulty in generating
last week's meeting minutes and catching up from my previous week's travel
to a customer site it took longer than expected to get to editing the
minutes to fix up the details.  Thanks goes to Michael for helping recreate
the raw minutes from the log on Tuesday, and for posting today's tweaks and
updates.
