Collecting all of our edits to the 2nd public draft, to give to Michael

Hi gang,

Please see

for where I am collecting together a master list of all of the edits we 
are making to the document since the 2nd publid draft.  We are doing it 
this way because (a) the Google Sites wiki isn't in sync with the 2nd 
public draft and we don't trust ourselves to make it so, and (b) we 
think this should be a lot easier for Michael to digest.

I would appreciate any comments on this in-process collection - 
particularly from you Michael (is this a good way to provide these to you?).
