Here's what we have for 2.4.5. Note that the text we reached consensus on used "documents". As we agreed subsequently to use "non-embedded content" rather than documents, I have made the substitution. A minor bit of additional editing was required but I think the original meaning is preserved. <2.4.5 guidance for non-embedded content> This applies to non-embedded content directly as written, and as described in INTENT from Understanding WCAG 2.0 (above) replacing "web pages" with "non-embedded content" and replacing "set of web pages" with "set of non-embedded content". A set of non-embedded content is a group of non-embedded content that is 1) published together, and 2) labeled as a set within at least one member of the set. Republishing previously published non-embedded content as a collection does not constitute a set of non-embedded content. </2.4.5 guidance for non-embedded content> Adapting this for 3.2.3 ..... <proposal for 3.2.3 guidance> This applies to non-embedded content directly as written, and as described in INTENT from Understanding WCAG 2.0 (above) replacing "multiple Web pages within a set of Web pages" with "multiple members of a set of non-embedded content". A set of non-embedded content is a group of non-embedded content that is 1) published together, and 2) labeled as a set within at least one member of the set. Republishing previously published non-embedded content as a collection does not constitute a set of non-embedded content. </proposal for 3.2.3 guidance> The WCAG 2.0 intent also needs some editing. I'm working on that as part of ACTION-70. Any comments on this proposal before I put it on a survey? Andi
