Meeting preparation survey for tomorrow is coming - please reserve some time to answer it

I hoped to have tomorrow's meeting preparation survey out by now but it is
taking a little longer than expected to put together. Apologies for not
meeting the "more than 24 hour window" but these questions are follow-ons
to the discussions we have been having for the last two meetings on the
final four success criteria and closed functionality. So no brand new
material.
