Propose to add the following note to 3.3.4 intent:
This success criteria does not intend to cover incidental scenarios such as data usage charges from internet service providers or legal commitment made via emails where it is not possible for the mail service provider to know that the use of the mail service would lead to data usage charge or legal commitment by the user with another party.
