Here is a summary of the issues in the 13 open comments<https://www.w3.org/2006/02/lc-comments-tracker/35422/WD-wcag2ict-20120727/?status=open&>[1] from the first draft and some suggested groupings for working on them. LC-2669, LC-2679, and LC-2681 are all comments on the issue of navigation being quite different in non-web documents than on websites. LC-2689, LC-2691, LC-2677, and LC-2680 are all comments on WCAG 2.0 requirements that should not be applicable outside of the web context (keyboard, 2.4.1, 2.4.5). LC-2694 and LC-2693 are suggesting exceptions be added to two success criteria (3.2.2 and 3.3.4) LC-2688 and LC-2695 are about conformance - since the task force hasn't yet addressed conformance, perhaps these two should be deferred? LC-2676 is asking how 1.3.1 applies to a particular type of non-web document. LC-2682 is about 4.1.2, specifically that it doesn't address pre-filled form fields in PDF documents. If you have some time, please take one or a related group of these and develop a proposed response that we can survey for Friday's meeting.
