Meeting Minutes, August 7, 2012

Good progress today. We closed ACTION-25 which gives us two more SC (3.1.1
and 3.1.2) to send up to the WCAG working group for approval. We made
substantial progress on ACTION-29. I'm also thrilled to see progress being
made on ACTION-24 and ACTION-36.
