RE: Agenda

Thanks Mike!

I have corrected the minutes.

Last week, I heard Kevin say that even category 1 changes might get held up and/or result in a date change. Even though that has not been the case in the past.

The style sheet correction will be a noticeable visible change. I will buy you lunch if that through before any of other errata!

Regardless, I made the sentence a little vaguer, and so a little more accurate.

Cheers,
Bruce

I do not think the minutes on errata are totally accurate. A fix to a broken link or style -- category 1 changes – would be merged immediately. These are very rare, so the gist of the message (‘batching up all errata’) is largely accurate.

Also, I think the point Alastair was making about C45 was that if it is new, we need to double check that 45 is the next sequential technique number.

Subject: Agenda

I believe most folks know we’ll be spending some time on Reflow today. We need to leave some time to review Draft, because we have another change window up. So we will timebox Reflow.

  1. Review ‘For discussion’ items
  2. Reflow discussion (15-30)
  3. Review ‘Drafted’ items (15), either:

     * move back to In progress, with more work to do
     * move to Ready for approval, if there is general agreement the issue is sufficiently resolved
     * leave in Drafted, if discussion was not concluded satisfactorily

  1. Review issues closed and project items closed.
  2. Review ‘To do’.
  3. Time permitting, items of interest to participants, including open discussions.
