Friday Dec 8 agenda, and schedule for rest of December

Because we have so much stuff in draft, I’m tweaking the standard agenda for this Friday:

  1.  Any discussions resulting from WG feedback (which closes next week) 5 min
  2.  Drafted items (40 min)
  3.  In Progress items (5 min)
  4.  To Do items (10 min)
  5.  Other topics (time remaining)

Almost all the Draft items have been previewed by Bruce, Alastair or myself (where there was no one already assigned). The list is also somewhat re-ordered with the faster stuff up top. So we should be able to contextualize and move quickly.

If you have cycles before the meeting, I suggest reviewing from the bottom of the Draft items,  which tend to be meatier.  Also please review anything assigned to you.

This will be our second-to-last meeting before breaking for the rest of December. We will not meet on Dec 22 or Dec 29.
