CANCELLED Team C 12 March 2007

Let's cancel the Team C call. Regrets from two members already. I'm at a 
conference, and could join but would be difficult to chair effectively. 
Also there hasn't been much discussion on the 4.1.1 proposals which is 
the main thing we would have needed to go over. Because of my reduced 
availability for the early part of the week, the WCAG chairs are going 
to take over and send a modified version of the proposal to survey. 
Please make any comments on that in the survey.

We should still plan to meet next week. Please send regrets early if, 
for example, you're en route to the CSUN conference or something and 
unavailable, so we can consider if we should find an alternate time.
