1.1.1 action items completed

I had an action item to examine issues #738, 956,1281,1282, 1524, 1506, 801,
800, 1155, with respect to the new proposed wording of 1.1.1, I did that and
provided alternate responses where necessary in a section after the
responses that were previously approved for the old wording. I also did the
related issues of 818, 955, 960 which had not yet gone by the larger group.

So I'm ready to go to survey with them if we accept these responses at our
next meeting.
