I think all instances of "element" should be changed to "component".

Also, recommend changing the first sentence in Description to "The purpose
of this technique is to demonstrate how to use Dynamic Web Content
Accessibility to programmatically identify form components for which user
input or selection are required."

Delete step 3 in the test procedure. This technique is about
programmatically identifying the required components. There should be other
techniques to make them visually apparent.
