Today's meeting didn't work out so let's try to set up a regular meeting time. I would like to find a time that we can meet on Mondays. Waiting until Tuesdays gives us too little time to get proposals out for survey in time for the Thursday working group meeting. My first choice would be Mondays at 15:00 US Central time or later. I think this would result in the following times for the rest of you on the team: - Christophe Strobbe - 22:00 - Cynthia Shelly - 13:00 - Michael Cooper - 16:00 - Sofia Celic - 06:00 Tuesdays - Becky Gibson 16:00 - Kerstin Goldsmith - 13:00 This is very early for Sofia and very late for Christophe. 16:00 is better for Sofia, but worse for Christophe. Alternatively, we could meet at 08:00 US Central time on Tuesdays. That would be 23:00 for Sofia and 06:00 for Cynthia and Kerstin. For the rest of us, it would be during normal business hours. Please let me know your preference for either Mondays at 15:00 or 16:00 US Central time or Tuesdays at 08:00 US Central time as early as possible tomorrow (Friday). I will send out a definite time and call-in number before 4 PM Central time tomorrow. Given the extremes, I doubt if we will be able to please everyone. Anyone have any other creative ideas? - alternate the meeting times - 15:00 one week, 08:00 the next week? - conduct all discussion via the list - only meet when we can't agree? Andi
