RE: Annotated Checklists for review and comment

Sorry

Last message (below) bounced last night as too large so I am resending

First I will send the long form

I will follow this with the short form (HTML, CSS, Media only)

And then the Advisory techniques.

If anyone cannot receive ZIP files (e.g. you don't get the next three emails
right behind this ) send me a note and I will send you files with modified
endings. (e.g. Z-I-P)

Subject: Annotated Checklists for review and comment - Part 1 - Long form

One of the things we have talked about but haven't gotten to yet is the
Annotated Checklists (checklists with sufficient techniques added). I
pulled together a draft of what they might look like. Loretta and I worked
on it and here is what we came up with. We are pulling together an HTML
version with Gez's help but it won't be ready until just before meeting time
(or maybe the weekend depending on tomorrow's workload) so I wanted to get
this Word Doc mockup to the Teams for a quick look before the meeting.

Please look over and see if you have any suggestions.

We started with a version that could be auto compiled but moved to a tuned
version because it was shorter and much easier to understand.

Also attached are all the advisory techniques (that are NOT included) in the
Annotated checklist. We will add them later but for now I think it best to
stick with sufficient techniques and keep it short. But that is one of
the topics for our discussion.

Look it over and come with comments. We think this will be very helpful
in reviews etc and would like to get this out right away.

Thanks much.
