Please review proposals for last call issues 668, 673, 674, 675, and 677

Please review the proposals for  the following last call issues: 668 [1],
673 [2], 674 [3], 675[4], and 677[5].

Thanks to Becky for leaving some easy ones for me.

According to the database, Team C has 123 open issues remaining but some of
these are in the [HOLD] state. I don't know why these don't get filtered
out. Since I took 5 easy ones and have been unavailable to work on these
lately, I will try to do at least 5 more before Friday for discussion on
Monday.

We really need to get cranking on these. We'll never catch up to Team A but
maybe we can avoid coming in last. <grin>
