Please review the following proposals

Please review the submitted proposals for the following last call issues: 
LC-672 [1], LC-770 [2], LC-1079 [3], LC-1115 [4], LC-1120 [5]. 

Note that when I asked for clarification of LC-672 an additional question 
was asked about organizing the failures by technology.  I know the group 
considered this at some point and rejected the idea - do you agree with my 
response?

I have also updated the following issues based on discussion at the July 
20 working group meeting:  LC-665 [6],  and LC-667 [7].  Scroll to the 
bottom of the working group notes section to see the latest information.
