Techniques for 2.2.2

Hi

I've had a go at putting 3 techniques for 2.2.2 [1] into the wiki. 
Please have a look at and provide feedback on:
- Ensuring content blinks for less than three seconds [2]
- Using script to deactivate blinking content [3]
- Failure due to including blinking content that can't be turned off [4]

I was unsure about a few of the sections, such as the 'status' one.
